Account & Records
As accountability and stewardship is the mark of the Ministerial Church, Account and Records department play a major synergy in the following:
- Take records of all avenues of financing the kingdom work in the Church –Tithes, General Offering, Seed-Faith, Vows/pledges and other donations etc.
- Keep Books & Materials relating to financial matters.
- Take records of all finance-related matters and ensure availability on demand for any usage.
- Be involved in the banking process of money.
- Computerised and format all documents relating to Accounts and Records
- May be charged to disburse (released) fund to appropriate matters.
- Stock divergent materials use for logistic during service sessions (Tithe Card or envelope; pledge or seedFaith slips etc )
- . . . And any other finance related matters
