Special Programme
“Sharing Faith . . . Strengthening Grace”
Specialised programme entitled Ministers’ Manna & Leadership Communion will be organised and held time to time to strengthen the Church leadership team and to extend fellowship to other ministers beyond the wall of the church thereby fulfilling our body of Christ ministry outreach mandate. This fellowship is purely for all Ordained Ministers of Redemption Life International Church except by invitation, but such should equally be an ordained and Commissioned Minister or involved in leadership capacity of a Local Church.
The leadership communion along with other programmes that takes place in the Ministerial Church is geared towards the following:
- A place of discussing issues that primarily involve ministers ( it’s a minister forum fellowship).
- A place of mutual fellowship to build each other up in the grace of our called offices.
- A place of sharing and caring for the individual minister.
- A place of re-appraising of faith and commitment to the call of the Gospel.
- A place of re-addressing issues that affect the work of the ministry through prayers, fellowship, communion and word celebrations.
- A place of developing and addressing the more, ministers ethical relationship with each other and how to extend same to the flocks.
- A place of tackling and sorting issues between ministers and the flocks.
- A place of creating a continuous awareness of the ministry commission, vision and mission as given to the Founding Apostle/Presiding Pastor by God
- A place of training for higher leadership responsibilities.
