February- Invading Darkness
Invading Darkness – Establishing The Light
John 1:5 . . . And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
Where Jesus Christ is, there is no darkness. For He is the light, enlightening our life as the scriptures say:
Jn. 8:12:
“. . . I am the Light of the World. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life”.
Psalm 36:8-10:
“. . . 9For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light”.
Believers in Christ are the light of the World, and it’s in this light that darkness for all it represents, can be dispel as in the scripture:
Matthew 5:14-16:
“14Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven”

However the following scriptures may be a guide for you. Blessed reading and understanding:

Psalm 16:11 “11 You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Ezekiel 47:12 “12 Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. Luke 9:28-29 “28 Now it came to pass, about eight days after these sayings, that He took Peter, John, and James and went up on the mountain to pray. 29 As He prayed, the appearance of His face was altered, and His robe became white and glistening.”
Romans 12:1-2 “1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
2 Corinthians 4:18 “18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
